Clients for these services include VIPs, Government MPs, CEOs,
Celebrities and anyone requiring close protection. The qualified officer will work around
the client’s schedule which will vary depending on the length of the contract. Also, the
officer will be responsible for assessing security measures and providing discreet
shadowing.
The service includes:

 • Pre Client Profiling and Risk analysis to establish Level of Risk 

• Protecting the clients from threats or physical violence.

 • Inspecting the premises, such as hotels, restaurants and theatres, before the client arrives.

 • Studying the layout of venues, noting potential hazards and exposure to risks.

 • Accompanying the client on business and social trips. 

• Driving the client to and from venues. EAG’s close protection officers will constantly stay alert and ready to respond to any threatening situation.

Executive Drivers

EAG will provide its clients with executive drivers that are qualified close protection operatives with special advanced driving. EAG’s drivers are qualified in different types of protective driving; this includes defensive, offensive and evasive driving as well as motorcade driving.
The drivers will: 


• Keep the principal safe and as comfortable as possible while in transit.

• Ensure that control over the vehicle is always maintained. 

• Withdraw out of an unsafe situation as quickly as possible.

Event Security

Event security is a service that gives event organisers the peace of mind they need to optimise the guest experience without compromising the safety of event participants or the integrity of critical assets.

Site specific risk assessments are risk assessments that have been adapted to a specific site, and only contain relevant information for that particular project. Site specific risk assessments take into account the actual site conditions and type of project and address only the relevant hazards.

Forensic investigation

Forensic investigation is the gathering and analysis of all crime-related physical evidence as governed by the legal standards of admissible evidence and criminal procedure.

Alarm Systems and CCTV Installations

EAG prides itself on the quality of equipment and technical expertise it possesses. All hardware and installations are guaranteed with excellent quality standards to suit the client’s needs. The services include: 

Alarm systems and HD Cameras which are installed by technical experts.

The Business will also provide off-site CCTV monitoring services. This is a cost effective security solution that ensures protection of the client’s business or property from criminal and environmental damage. 

The CCTV, fire and intruder alarm system will be linked to off-site/on-site monitoring control room by means of the Internet or fiber connection. This connection could be live all the time or just at times when the site is unattended.

The Business will follow the process below when a strange activity is detected by the 

security system:
• An alert will be sent to remote monitoring control room.
• The control room operator will alert the security guards patrolling around the area.
• If the alert was sent because of an intruder, reaction unit and SAPS will be notified.
However, if it was sent because of environmental damage, the relevant department will
be contacted.
• The security guards will respond within 5 minutes.
• The necessary security procedure and protocol will then be followed.

Advanced Training

This is intensive, specialised training which provides the skills required for our security staff to properly react in any situation. The following training will be done by professional accredited contractors

• Close protection training 

• Advance close quarter combat training 

• First aid training • Advance tactical driver training

 

Safeguarding and Patrolling Services

EAG will provide safeguarding services and do visible patrols for clients who have requested the services – looking after clients’ buildings, office premises and homes. 

Safeguarding services include: 

• Complete risk analyses and assessment of the client’s premises and determine
which level of security officers (Grade E – A) to place at the location. • Sites will be issued with a complete security operating procedure customised by company/clients agreement or security needs.

 • Every site is issued with Occurrence Books for recording security breaches 

• A shift schedule will be drawn up and given to the relevant security officers.

 • Qualified security officers will then be located at the premises and do visible patrols on an hourly basis around the specific area. • On guard patrol systems installed on clients requests.
